Thumbs up Anybody here in the Los Angeles area?

I am looking for a 70 -72 Ventura to do a project on and you just can't find them here unless they are rusty as hell or worse. He is only willing to go $900 with me because I am on the other side of the globe (Atlanta) from him but he might go considerably cheaper with a local guy. His new ad sez $900.00 or best offer but he isnt willing to bargain with a guy from the east coast due to distance. If it can be worked out, I'll arrange shipping myself. Maybe you can just call him to see if a better price can be had.

Let me know and thanks for the help. By the way, I'll do the same for anybody needing a car looked at in the Atlanta metro area.

Its been hit really hard in the back, on top of not really having any value anyways. If you showed up with $400 cash in hand hed be a fool not to take it. A scrapyard would only give about $200 for that thing. Be careful with the "no rust" thing too, just because its a California car doesn't mean it isn't swiss cheese.

I have someone close going to look. They are nearly impossible to find here and Ron is gonna give it a look over for me. Anything beyond his description and its game over. I have a friend that wants a 70-72 ventura...period. Every one I've seen here is a clapped out shart bucket.
