Im not familiar with the Spaghetti Engineering lights. But I have worked with LEDs. They do like to have a nice DC. The voltage isnt as critical as the DC. I think the not sufficient 12VDC Q from them was just reaching. If the voltage isnt high enough the LEDs just wont fire, but they wont flicker.

I think its their board to be honest.

Is there one board per side? If so do a simple trouble shooting technique. Swap the boards side to side. If the flicker follows the board then its a done deal, its the board. JR
