I had the urge for one but I am not going the rusted route. More of a traditional mid sixties theme for me. All rust fixed, channeled 4.5 inches chopped 4.5 inches, custom frame stepped 14 inches in rear and pie cut at firewall to enhance rake and a cut down 32 grill. Running a 327 with fuelie heads and 3x2 carb set up thru a manual trans into a ford 9 inch.
Hoping to have it on the road by the end of the year. Working on it slowly in the corner of one of the garages.

twinsting, thats coming out great. the clean body is never a bad thing, shows you put some time in it. i would of liked to do a good body but i'm doing this one all myself and am certainly no body man so i took the easy way out with rust and bad body lines haha.

I absolutely LOVE this "movement" and have toyed with turning the 37 Ford into a traditional - leaning towards Rat...

The last few years - I've spent lots of time at the LA Roadster show and others - trying to learn what makes one kooler than the other.

I'm not sure I have the "mindset" to do the job. I think these actually take a HUGE amount of effort and a real eye for what it is. Billet can be bought from a catalog - these however - take some real effort and imagination.
