Default Hydratech Help Please

What I have....
1988 SS Monte Carlo SS 502/Pro Charged
hydratech System using a Sunbird II Power Steering Pump with remote reservoir.
Stock size rotors with Stainless Steal Brake Calibers on the front and drums on the rear.

My Problem....although I do have brakes they aren't great or what they should be. Marcus of SC&C did the install and as I remember they were having some problems with valves I believe.

My wish...I would like the brakes to be better without going to bigger rotors and rear rotors. That would necessitate larger wheels which I don't want to do right now. Marcus did great work and I have no complaints with him but was hoping to find someone closer to me (central jersey) that does installs and is highly knowledgeable about hydrotech........

Any thoughts?????

Two things I always ask first:

Are the pads bedded properly?
Have you tested the line pressure with a gauge?

Yes the pads are bedded properly. Nope, never checked the line pressure. I would assume Marcus had done that. He seemed to know his stuff....
