Seriously --- a Demon body or a Duster... would be "different" and "kool" at the same time. Do it in Testa Rosa Red - do the flanks in black - but not flat and not all shiny either - interior using the BILLET SEAT GROMMETS... from Tracy < recovery room > .... and modern Hemi powerplant.

Rodger,
Any more development on this? I would love to see what you come up with. I am sure it will be a show stopper no matter what!

I'm sure there will be some development after SEMA either during or after SEMA.

We still have 3 cars to finish for SEMA.

I want to do the 3 window, but it will about 10 billion dollars to complete all my ideas.

Well I got a phone call this morning from Tom Hanna who gave me the transaxle in the first place and he has a guy from England that would like to trade 2 Ford Gt transaxles for the 2 Ferrari transaxles. Apparently these Ferrari units have very weak pinions gears and no body make replacement units. So the pinions gears are in such demand that trading them for New Ford Gt is a deal for them and obviously for us. We will see how this works out.

Man a Ford GT transaxle, Do I still put it in my 3 window? or something else? HHHMMMMMMM.

According to the stories I heard, you guys (in Arkansas) use the whole truck and trailer as anchors!!!!!!!

I'd love to see someone build a bas a$$ mid engine 2nd gen Corvair! Hard top or vert, eitherway, it's been done before, but a modern LSX version with a Ferrari transaxle would be a kick butt track car! call it the FerVair, or the Corrari! Slap on a blower, upgrade the suspension and brakes and I'd bet it would run with a Ford GT!

What about a GT-40 replica?

a high-tech modernized GT-40 would be pretty bad.

Hmm..

with that trade in mind...I would keep it Ford.

-58 Edsel vert.
-59 Fairlane (2-Door Sedan)
-60 Sunliner (vert Starliner)
-73/4 Thunderbird

I could think of a few more....
