Agreed. The event is awesome. Regardless of who shoulda, woulda, coulda, the competitions are as well. The bottom line is it draws incredible talent into one place where people can freely enjoy and appreciate it.

Pontiac guys might have noticed the vents look just a little different and it's because I designed them to be smaller and more subtle and reveal actual vents and Bob fabbed them out of sheetmetal per the design along with the hood extractors in fiberglass, metal spoiler, front valance, taillights, license plate relocation, bumper mods and a bunch of other subtle stuff. He missed the Top 5 but got a shoot for PHR on Saturday night so that was a nice silver lining to his weekend.

Thanks for jumping in Jason. I was straining my eyes to see the credit board and who the builder was. Please relay to Bob that his car absolutely stunning. I'm a huge, HUGE fan of early 2nd gens and have wanted a 72 forever. Those subtle mods are EXACTLY my style of build. It's refreshing to see a nicely done red muscle car again. Charcoal trim was cool too, not overly understated and worked well as an accent.
I really like the one piece nose...the factory gap between the upper and lower section is insane on those. Hats off to you guys!

I looked at that thing about 20 different times. It was killer. The color was awesome and the body work was straight as an arrow. The stance was perfect and interior was nuts. DVD in the head rests and speakers overhead. It was cool. I will post up some pics later from home. Now about the door gaps on it....

How many vehicles did they have there?! Last year's SMOY, the street rod, a Suburban, all those chassis, and wasn't there an unfinished older (50s) pickup at their booth Sunday? How many rigs do they travel with?

I was really glad they brought it. I had seen pics, but they don't do it justice. Awsome build !!!!! We were hoping it would be at the shop when we went to Road America, Just glad I got to see it in person. Wiedo
