Hi Guys - We are currently looking for a master craftsman to bring on board to build our brake assist units. This involves partial disassembly of the factory brand new Bosch units, then precision casting preparation to remove any casting flaws (mild metal work to remove any farts and lumps in the mass produced castings). Once the castings are cleaned up, the units are then precision detail painted with brush applied enamel, so a person with experience in hand applied paint detailing is critical as we require a VERY high level of finish detail. Some basic machining is also involved, though mostly hand machined processes - drill press, carbide burr, abrasive grinding. Duties would also include light metal prep to the CNC machined billet firewall mounting plates, then followed by spray applied urethane clear coat (which is then oven baked). Final brake unit assembly then follows to produce the following component quality:

We are located 5 minutes from the Nashville SuperSpeedway (Lebanon, Murfeesboro area). 9-5 Monday through Friday - nice and clean new shop with excellent climate control.
If you are the clean and meticulous highly detail oriented person we are looking to bring on board, there is an excellent position waiting for you with massive further career potential in the aftermarket. General automotive mechanical experience is a BIG bonus, as you should know your way around the toolbox and the vehicles these systems would be installed into. Aftermarket PS system and brake knowledge is also a big bonus.
