Not sure if this makes sense, but if the perches were a bit farther apart (more space between the 2) the motor could sit down further into the motor mounts. I can get the bolt thru one side or the other, but not both at the same time. Here are some pics of the mounts. I have to use the furthest back position or the pan hits the cross member. Could these be turned upside down? I was planning to put the AC compressor in the stock bracket, but the engine plates would not fit, the bracket was in the way. Anyway, thats another issue. I ordered the motor mounts based on the space between the ears. These are the short/wide mounts. The tall/narrow would not fit over the perches. What other mounts would work, if these do not?
