Default Fesler and GM Restoration Parts® Announce Licensing Agreement

Fesler to create billet aluminum line of restoration products for classic GM models.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, August 8, 2010 – Fesler Productions, LLC dba Fesler Billet and GM Restoration Parts Parts are pleased to announce a licensing agreement that will allow Fesler to create, market and distribute a line of premium, aftermarket restoration parts under the widely-respected Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile and GMC brand names.

The Fesler collection presently includes a series of hood hinges, trunk hinges, hood latches, taillights and interior trim pieces that are designed and manufactured in the USA with state-of-the-art technology to offer the highest levels of quality and performance.

“Our relationship with the GM Restoration Parts® brand allows us to create high-quality, mint-condition personalized replacement parts for classic GM vehicles,” said Chris Fesler, co-owner of Fesler, “the GM Restoration Parts® brand is world-renowned for its long history in automotive parts authenticity, just as Fesler is internationally recognized as a leader in restoration products, offering great value, quality and performance. The entire Fesler team could not be more excited about their relationship with GM Restoration Parts® and the many GM brands.”

Dr. Jamie Meyer, Product Integration Manager for GM Restoration Parts® said, "GM Restoration Parts® is excited to be working with such a young, talented, and aggressive designer as Chris Fesler. These parts represent just the start of what we feel will be a long relationship - one that will allow our customers an opportunity to personalize classic GM vehicles with a modern flare."

The new collection will launch in the third quarter of 2010 throughout the hotrod and restoration channels, specifically in automotive chains, automotive/restoration specialty catalog distributors, specialty product/installation outlets, speed shops and performance retailers. Fesler’s current line of billet products will be available under the new license and is currently available on their store Web-site www.feslerbillet.com as well as directly through GM Restoration Parts® at www.gmrestorationparts.com.

So what does that really mean? You are now just licensed by them and they are going to sell your stuff as well? Or are you now going to make exact replacement parts but with better materials?

I guess what I am asking is what is going to happen now?
