Oh, I almost forgot to mention something, I just bought a set of these pedals:

they'll require a little bit of fabrication work, but we're going to be putting down bars (is that the right term?) on this time so we're modifying the firewall anyway. I'm a little surprised I've only seen Tilton's pedal assemblies on a few cars, because this setup is uber trick. Everything is adjustable from the pedal ratio to the to the position of the throttle cable linkage and position of the pedals. I got it for two main reasons, the first being that I hated the Lokar gas pedal assembly, which pivots between the pedal and arm, and IMO just sucks. It's hard to heel-toe easily with it because when I roll my foot over it just moves the top of the pedal via the spring at doesn't blip the throttle. The Lokar pedal was also miles closer to the firewall than the brake pedal adding to the difficulties. The second reason I got it is because it provides different front and rear master cylinders, so I can run a 7/8 front and 15/16 or 1" rear m/c to hopefully alleviate some of the knock back feel.
