for law enforcment /government use.how does a civilian legally own one?id love to buy it but my wife would kill me with it if it arrived at my house.my two boxers will have to do the job for now.but i know the old saying you cant bring a knife to a gunfight.darn that thing is bad to the bone.

Last I checked scopes aren't outlawed yet.

That gun would get you in trouble in California though. Also am I the only one bothered that the safety is off?

I you were in CA you could buy the whole rifle, minus the lower and the parts wouldn't even have to ship to an FFL. Then just go out and buy a lower for $120 and voila.. you have a rifle.

That's how I bought one of my ARs from a guy on here.
