As you can see an old mist from an oil/trans leak kept the floors lubed up. The car has sat in storage for decades until I pulled it out and got it running. I've been driving it more and more and it seems to be getting better. I bought it because it was the most solid Biscayne I could find. Sorry to see it go. Thanks, Dave

How drivable do you think it is? As in capable of a cross country trip?

I think the drivetrain is up to it for sure. It runs perfectly. The car needs some time spent getting the lights all working correctly. It's all original under the dash, but the guy I bought it from had started to rewire it and subsequently disconnected some of the lights and switches.
