yes you can have them both in the car, you could like you mention have the shoulder straps on a removable crossbar and just install them on track days 2 pins/bolts thats easy enough. and for the lap belt you could either make a second floor mount for the belts or just swap them out with the stock one on race days or possible even use a stronger long bolt and have them both attached to the stock mounts but that would mean youll have the racing lap belts there on the floor in between the seats (clutter) when your just doing daily duty. But then again thats no different than how the early ones had two separate belts to clip the shoulder then the lap.
