Default Shop Management Software

I was wondering what is being used by other speed shops and fab shops to manage their businesses. There are so many companies out there and none of them seem to be directed at the aftermarket shops.

Probably 99% of small businesses use Quickbooks. It's a one size fits all and 99% of bookkeepers and accountants know how it well. There are some industry specific versions too such as Quickbooks for Contractors - a friend used to use that before he grew out of it.
