Correct. I believe it is called a door lock pillar reinforcement panel.

Default Quarter striker support

Well i took mine out with a jack hammer and when i got the quarter panel off i accidentally threw it away with the bad quarter before i removed it. They make every replacement piece for these cars but that, they also rott on the bottom pretty bad. Well my car was horrible when i got it.

Anyways Glad I could help!! It worked for me and they sent me another. Happy building!

Thanks! I'll let you know. I'm hoping this is pretty easy as I have the quarters waiting on that piece!

You know Dynacorn must make or buy that piece for their shells. I think I'm goin to contact them as well. Someone must be making them!

From a Firebird, should be the same part: http://www.frankspontiacparts.com/us...irdtransam.htm It looks like it includes the inner structure.
