thety were developed for the ZR1,mostly the problems they were having with the rear hub failing due to later loading, the flange is much thicker and the bearings are larger, also it looks like the flanfe has been hardened and is also coated. they all have the spline drive for the axle in them so they are rear hubs that GM uses on both ends.
i know Rupp uses them on Penny and Onelap will now be using them also, Mfain has a road race Corvette with AFX spindles and i have a set comming for him as well.
it is an expensive option but for the guy who really is going to race the cae and is looking for the best quality part avalilble this is it, you cant get any better.
