I still waiting on my copies of both 1 and 2. There are so many cars that I would love to see Buildbooks of, I would have a hard time picking out a select few to actually publish. I vote for SN65 also though .

Sorry to resurect an old thread, but, from what I understand, the build books are basically paid advertizing. Go to their website and they talk about how they structure the book to best illustrate your product, etc...

I was very disapointed when I learned that. I thought that they picked a project based on merit, but I guess they pick a project based on how much money you throw at them.

Well advertising is what makes the world go around, I mean the book itself isn't going to pay for itself in sales, as kick ass as they are, it's geared towards a limited market.

I have no idea how much it costs the shop to be featured but I am sure it's not free for them either, but I would assume they would get a good return on their investment with future clients.

It's a smart idea on Build Books part cause we get to see kick ass work, which is a education in it's self for some people, the shops get more exposure, the sponsors and advertisers get the word out in a controlled and spotlighted fashion..............I mean it's great to know that Flowmaster makes a great product but now people get to see how it's installed etc.

I still like it, I think there should be more then one ever year or whatever the spacing of the 2 have worked out to be.
