Default Solenoid in trunk?

I bought the start'm up kit from Mad Ent. and was a little confused on the start wire(purple).
Does the purple wire splice in and run to the ford solenoid in the trunk (trunk mnt battery) and not to the "s" on the starter? If this is the case, then the 1/0 + cable to the starter and then a jumper wire or bus bar from + post on starter to the "s" terminal on starter solenoid. Just want to make sure i am doing this right. I am trying to make this as clean as possible and hide wiring, Is it safe to have the terminal block under the dash (passenger side) for alt. charge wire and dash power up wire, etc. with fusible links? I was going to run start wire and dash power wire from the fuse blk.(motor comp) back inside the car to the passengerside under dash area. Just need a little reassurance I am going in the right direction. Thanks. This is a 67 camaro I am wiring.
