I was in your shoes a few years ago. I gave up on asking the cam grinders for their advice. They all gave completely different suggestions. What I finally did, that yielded great results, was spec. the duration and lift like you were building a strong street motor, but go with a wider LSA...like 114*. I tried 4 different cams until I settled on the found the best one. Don't go too crazy with boost unless you build the complete engine to handle it. Stay under 10 lbs.
