Default Fletchers Customs now offering CNC plasma cutting!!

WE at Fletcher's are staying extremely busy building some projects for the best customer any shop could ask for. We have been wanting to expand the shop capabilities and bring some new products to market so we just recently purchased a new 5ft x 10ft Torchmate CNC plasma table to use around the shop and for some custom suspension and car parts we going to introduce shortly. With that being said I am also offering the service of custom design and cutting on the machine, on a limited basis. And I wanted to advise you guys if there was anything you needed to give me a shot. I can offer complete design and fabrication of basically any part you can dream up, can cut your part you already designed, take your sketch and create a part, manufacture of multiple parts for your business to use, or anything in between. WE have the ability to cut on the machine from 16 gauge all the way through 1.5" so honestly nothing we shouldn't be able to do. And your not locked into flat plate, we now also offer CNC press braking, CNC milling and lathe work also. So from custom one of a kind bracket systems, to simple shock tabs. Nothing to big or to small. Rates for cutting are extremely affordable, and not to much more than buying a off the shelf piece but you will have the ability to design as you see fit. Custom designs are on a per basis rating and charged per hour.

Please contact me with any questions or any ideas of products you would like to see on the market. Thanks again for helping Fletchers Customs grow and turning my life long dream into a reality!!

Here are some pics off my cell phone during the initial build up. Its now sitting in it own 400 sq foot portion of the shop we added on to house it

you will love that machine , i have a 4x4 CNC plasma and love it !! you will look back 6 months from now and wonder how you built cars before this .

did you get torch height control ? if not get it ordered now , mine has it but when i looked at torchmate they had it as a option .

AND your customers can get a CAD program from staples for 39.95 that is real easy to learn .

yeah I made my first cut last night and just watching the sparks fly mad me so happy!!!

Shes loaded out, Hypertherm 85 plasma, AVHC (auto voltage height control), and Plate Marker

We are still waiting on the metal shop to deliver our 3/16th flat bar for the support slats, and the 4x4 square tubing to construct the water table out of. I've been running a CNC plasma for years. Here at the family boiler business we have to ESAB 50ft x 200ft machines.

All you need is a dxf file.

The file it uses for cutting is a DXF, which can easily be created with CAD or photoshop. But as a customer you could send me any number of things, rough sketch on paper, Jpeg, picture of the part with dimensions, DXF, DWG file, etc. The software I use I can translate just about anything to a DXF file.
