Default exhaust color

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.........Shoult I paint my exhaust black? I just got ceramic coated headers and need to modify the exhaust to meet up with the collector.

It is a flowmaster mandrel bent exhaust that looks good as the aluminized color but I will have to paint where I am cutting and welding so I thought, color change?

Either way what is a good high temp paint for exhaust?

Ceramic!

I've got a great local resource, so I ceramic coated everything from headers to tail pipes. Not everyone can get that great of a deal, though - I realize. I'm very fortunate in terms of ceramic coating and powder coating.

I would love to coat the whole thing but money talks and I feel like my wallet has a muzzle on it right now,

Any one have thought on the color change? My frame is black and floo pan is bright silver same as the body.

Or recommendations on the type/brand of paint if I do paint it weather it be black or silver?

That looks pretty good! Did you use the 245 primer and the 290 topcoat?

It does look pretty good. It'll be interesting to see how it holds up. How much material cost would you estimate for it? I don't know how expensive that stuff is.

I have a couple other projects that I might look at this for.
