Default New Part...Anyone know anything about this?

Lokar has come out with a new DBW pedal. I was in Wal Mart yesterday thumbing thru the car mags and came across an ad. So, I went home and looked it up and saw it. I was just wandering if anyone else has heard anything about this and is it worth anything. It's a darn good looking part too.

I just saw that today in a mag too. I wonder how well it will work and what it will cost?

I think I read somewhere that pricing will be around $450. I think it was in one of the recent car mags, just not which one I saw it in.

This is one instance where I'll take GM reliability, everyday.

Hey Marcus - posters above are steering you straight. There have been some reports of throttle delays in mix/match DBW set ups, so I'd stay all GM on this one. Nice lookin' part tho...

X2! Too much at risk in my opinion.

Looks like the pedal is around $105, but the TAC is $325 and they only offer it for 2006 and up.

Yeah Ron, I was just curious because I liked the billet look. As you stated, I'm staying with all GM. I'm buying my complete setup, computer, wiring harness and DBW pedal, from John at Speartech.

Good call on Speartech. I'm going that route as well...
