we did that but it was on the alignment rack, it doesn't have any affect until the car is moved forward. The steering rack is from Unisteer. The rack is perfectly level when at ride height. I am wondering if the outer tie rods are the whole problem....

Default Toe In Problem

Hey Big Block Camaro,

The only way I see you getting this toe-in condition is if the outer tie rod ends threads are slipping internally with the steering rack. Are you sure the threads are the exact same?
Is it possible that the internal stops for the steering rack are not set correctly?

I know you don't want more questions at this point but I often find that people tend to overlook the simple things when they are troubleshooting.
Best of luck finding the cure.
Marco

Find a new alignment shop.... if a pro shop can't a figure it out - you're in the wrong place.

I will take some pictures when i get back in town. I am thinking something is moving in the suspension. I am thinking about changing the control arms.
