I also had the 12x1.5mm studs on my AFX spindles and 1/2x20 on the rear. Like some of the others the different sizes just bothered me. When I got my Forgelines I also realized the standard length studs were just too short. I removed the front studs and tapped the holes for 1/2x20 and installed 3" screw in studs. I also installed 3" studs in the rear. I used a set of Summit racing lug nuts I think they were $20 for ten or something like that. They are 13/16 but the deep well impact still fits the wheels.
