FWIW:

I spoke with Jim a couple of years ago and ordered a Top of the Line Ergonomic Seat. Cost $3000+

It came and I put it in my Truck. The Seat back "Stripped" a gear where it would not go back up after laid down. I tried to get it fixed locally under warranty.

No one would do it.

I got a hold of Jim and explained what the issue was. A UPS pickup number was sent and they came and picked it up. I waited, and waited to hear from Jim.

He wouldn't return any phone calls, or emails. This was over a year ago.

To this date he has never returned any type of correspondence.

I sent a message informing him that if I didn't hear from him about this, I was going to inform the State, and National Attorney General.

Even after this he never contacted me.

With the health issues we've had, I haven't followed through on my part. (Probably really stupid on my part)

But I wanted top let people know that he REALLY dropped the ball with my $3000 order and I got Nothing from him.

I had bought seats before and had no problem, but he doesn't seem to be interested in running a legitimate business anymore. BEWARE!

If anyone is able to reach him, please tell him to contact me. I would really like to get this settled.

Thanks,

Ty O'Neal

skatinjay:

Yes, that is exactly right. I was real disappointed that he decided to take a dive on this, as I had purchased from him earlier, and would have purchased more seats for future projects.

It really ticks me off. I have a Bad back so I was hopefully getting the best Seat Recaro made so long trips wouldn't hurt so bad.

I invite him to contact me if he wants to make good on it, but I think his credibility is not that important to him.

Never Again!

Thank you for the offer. As soon as I get the funds to go back and buy a seat, I will give you a call.

I look forward to speaking with you.
