Thanks!! After adding a torque box on the passenger side, sub-frame connectors, 8 point cage, seam welding the entire chassis and rocker rail support kit I think its fair to say that the chassis is a lot stronger!!

There is officially NO body filler on my car!! Cut out the previous bad work on the firewall today. Body filler was 3/8 thick or more in some areas WTF!! In pics 4 and 5 you can see how wavy and warped the sheet metal was. Seems like the body shop bowed the sheet metal inward so they could fill it with body filler. I cant believe the work some people do.

Thanks for the feedback!! I was going to use the stock pedals and steering column, but now I'm leaning more towards Wilwoods new pedal assembly. I'm just going bite the bullet and cut out the recessed area out. I guess since everything else is custom on the car why not keep the trend going!!! Now I need to find a sugar mama and I will be set

I removed the recessed area of the firewall and the bulbous portion that houses the heater box. That changed the look of entire engine bay and opened a lot of room on the drivers side.

The aftermarket AC system fits well.

Thanks for the input guys!!

Most of the chassis fab is done just need to clean some things up. I will focus more on hanging the doors and fenders. Fenders will be tricky since I need to design and fab up the inner fender structure. I will also try to figure out a core support design.
