a guy over on pro-touring(I forget who) said it best.....

the best materials for control arm bushings in order of best to worst are

delrin

rubber

sand

poly

Oh man that hurts ,sand.I'm surprised by this because I asked these questions before I bought poly bushings and a number of people said go with poly.I didn't ask here,on another forum.Well at least I didn't install them and then find out.Thanks for the advice.Know any one who wants a set of poly bushings.

Poly should never be used in any application that articulates.
