Unfortunately, it's a fairly common internet term. Like using teh instead of the and pron instead of.... People do it on purpose.

LOL -- Probably. But it still makes the person using/spelling stuff like that look ignorant.

Default Alot of effort into a 1960 Ford truck

Well the tailgate is turning out to be a pretty cool detail of the truck bed. Between the hidden ice chests for BREW under the bed floor to the fully custom tailgate this truck is going to be the car show hang out.

More to come

Really nice work on the whole truck Rodger.
The small panel above the tail lights, is that removable? Or is the line around the edge a detail line?

Default Tailgate progress

Well things are moving along nicely on the tailgate on the truck. We used the Pullmax to form the top of the tailgate to match the bedside.

Now we need to find really cool OEM tailgate handle to put on the outside of the tailgate.

Nice work.....

Gotta say though - that the license plate area sure doesn't follow any of the other lines on the truck -- a whole bunch of vertical and then all of a sudden we put in the swoop-te-doop....

Well you will have to talk to the guys at Ford about that, swoop-te-doop is factory. But don't worry we are going to get started on a custom rear bumper that will cover that up. It will be a major ordeal. There is probably more time spent in the bed of the truck then the whole rest of the truck at this point.

More to come.

I'm just busting Crazy Carl's balls...he is actually very intelligent and is usually the spelling/grammar nazi!

And, if you look at it the other way, old farts like me look ignorant to the younger guys who are more up to speed on those new-fangled internets.
The kids on the soccer team I coach asked me "who are we versing Saturday" it took me a minute to even figure out what the hell they were talking about. Bad grammar is apparently epidemic....
Back to "oohing" and "aahing" over Rodgers stuff, sorry for the mini hijack!
