congrats Rodger. We always want it to be more, but that's very strong for a truck. Best part was how thrilled the new owners were to win the auction!

Thanks guys. Any body get video? I spoke for like 45 seconds on stage. Don the snake Prudome thought it was bad ass on the way up and Joe Amato gave me the thumbs up as I was talking on the mic for 45 seconds.

Funny thing is the guy who won, I chewed his ass 2 nights ago for sitting in the truck without my permission. I do have to thank Bob Johnson for helping the bids.

At the end of the day, what ever it is, be it the nicest truck on earth or a pile of wasted steel. It is still a pick up truck. My goal 5 years ago was to show what we could build and thanks to my talented staff and lots of hard work. It has done great things for us.

At least I don't have have to clean one more swirl mark out of the black paint ever again. I love black but wow it is alot of work.

Rodger you got hosed on the coverage... they cut back to your truck when it was already stalled at 120k for a bit. No interview for you pal. Did show you sitting in it as they panned by tho as you were getting ready to drive it off. They did mention your name, Ironworks, and 7k man hours.

Dude is too f'n fugly for TV!

Really sorry to see the truck go... I've considered (mulled over) buying it several times for myself, then letting him keep it to take to shows in the big rig... Probably kick myself for not having the stones. Oh well.

Once again - the auctions seem to lack real firepower... which is no surprise. Also I note that several big time buyers are selling some of their stuff... and that raises the hair on the back of my neck. But lets not jack Rodgers thread.
