Default Photoshopped some ideas for my 72 Chevelle, opinions please

First off, I know this is not everyone's cup of tea, but the car is a clone so I don't feel bad giving it a little flare. The car is on its way to being a pro-touring car and I figured some aesthetic upgrades would make it stand out.

Here's what I did, carbon fiber bumper, blacked out headlight bezels, custom grill, black hood pins, custom HID projector headlights.

Please share your opinions!

Chopped version

Original Pic (how the car sits now)

If i were you, i would just paint the bumper gray to match your paint scheme. I think it would look better than a gigantic front carbon bumper, Pro-touring to me is the idea of keeping the body as original as possible, and the guts of the car is brand new, haul @$$, sick handling.

Classic look, sports car drive-ability. In my opinion, the car looks great right now....git it a little lower, tub it in the rear, and throw some super fat meats in the back...and your done!

If you wanna get really stealthy, tint the windows as dark as you can and take off all the chrome possible....even a flush window kit that eliminate all the chrome....That would be sick!

Again, just my two cents!

I'm working on lowering the car, I can't go too much lower in the front because of the headers but the rear I will be purchasing 1" or 2" lowering springs.

Here is another version

If you're doing bumpers in black/grey, you have to get rid of all chrome trim to make everything flow

I agree, you either have to do all the trim or none of it.

I also think doing all the trim in either a black chrome or black but not shiny by using a matte or satin clear would make it look better.

I agree. My dad and I designed the car together and most of the work was done while I was away at school, so I didn't have the opportunity to chime in and get everything exactly how I wanted. So now I'm just trying to make some small changes to find a happy medium without redoing everything.

Here is one final pic

I would love to see it sport titanium center with brushed lip wheels. I think the bumpers would look great the same color as stated the wheel centers.

I just bought the wheels this year and I like them a lot so they are staying for a while. Maybe sometime in the future I'll upgrade to a set of forgelines or something when I can afford it (which will be long time).
