Default Opinions on suspension upgrades

So, I started another thread about running air bags on the rear of my car. It went down another road discussing various air bag components. I was entertaining getting to a point that my car would handle decent AND have an adjustable ride height. Im not super motivated at this point to make a move toward air bags. not yet. This is where I am at so far:
I fabricated my own set of 1 3/4" dome tubing rear trailing arms. I made the lowers with energy suspension poly bushings, 22" non-adjustable. Made the uppers out of same tubing and adjustable to set pinion angle. I am going to run the stock lower arms with poly bushings and moog ball joints. I want to run CPP upper arms with stock spindles modded for disc brakes. What upper a arms would you guys suggest for running with stock lower arms? I am going to run GM 11" discs all around. Running Eibach's "Pro-Kit" springs.
I am looking for good front and rear anti-sway bars. Any good, reasonably priced kits?
I was also curious about other things that I should consider before I put the body back on the frame. Should I box the frame? If I am going to stick with the lower arms, should I look at boxing them at all? Any other thoughts or comments? I am working within a pretty tight budget, so I am not looking for any super high dollar components. Just looking to improve ride as I have listed above.
Thanks, Nik

What i would suggest will be different than the other vendors on here, obviously.
Speedtech uppers
our protouring sway bars are as good as you can get 1 5/16 front and 3/4 adjustable rear.
