I'm relatively confident that the front will fit. I'm not so sure about the rear. To run 275s, I had to modify my rear wheel houses and fender lip. I have very little clearance even having done that with my '66. At this point I have the maximum available room without notching the frame or widening the rear fenders.

That's not your problem. The problem is simply the amount of space in the rear wheel wells. Take off a rear wheel, and start measuring INSIDE the wheel houses. Look above the inside wheel well lip. I removed most of heat you see, and still 275s on 10" wheels (which result in a narrower cross section than the same tire on a 9" wheel) have very little clearance. Track width, ie the total width of your 12 bolt, only affects backspace.
