Default Self heating / cooling houses

If you could purchase a house where you did not have to pay for electricity or heating (i.e. natural gas, etc.) and you could fuel up your hydrogen powered car really cheaply (say the price of the water to make the hydrogen) in your subdivision, would you?

Would you be willing to pay a premium on said house?

I'd have to do ALOT of research before I could come up with a real answer. The phrase "if it sounds too good to be true....." comes to mind!

There is a mansion just down the highway from me that has walls that store heat, cool and energy in them.....supposedly.
