Default Ride Tech Shockwave bushing/heim

Has anyone replaced the urethane bushings for heim joints on the shockwaves ? The kit i am installing (it's new, but about 4 years old) in a Mopar B body had bushings top and bottom. The car doesn't even run and from moving around the shop and up & down on the lift, the bushings split and fell out. The mounting points don't stay parallel through the full range of travel. I want to put the heims on one end and keep the bushings on the other. I can't find any info about removing the one end to install the heim joint.

I found the part and it looks like it's held in by a snap ring. I just don't want to ruin anything replacing it. I may just send them in.

I've got the same issue on my cuda .... The mount point don't stay very parallel and it looks like its stressing the bushing/end of the shock

I asked Ridetech about a year ago about swapping the ends out.... The told me the entire shock would have to be changed.... Not sure if that's still the case

Haven't tried to call them again. I'd contact them direct .... Let me know if it can be done easily or not
