Default Removal of 12 bolt with coil springs?

Can anyone advise what is the correct/safest sequence for removing a 12-bolt with coil springs. What should be the last thing to disconnect to free the rearend(Shocks, lower control arms, or upper control arms.) My assumption is to remove shocks first, then lower control arms, and upper control arms last, but I just want to confirm this. I will be supporting the rearend in the middle with a jack so the springs dont come flying out. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

jack the car by the rear, put stands uder the frame, pull the shocks, lower the rear slowly and they will fall out, then pull the control arms.

Thanks Bigtime. Does it matter which control arms you pull first?
