jon.... are you powdercoating the outers before or after assembly ?

Outers are powder coated before assembly normally, this finish is a ceramic coating, which is actually done after assembly. Why, whatchya thinking?

I was curious because they look so nice. I know its near impossible to weld the 2 piece wheels together after they are already coated. The heat from welding blisters the coating. Being that the coating is ceramic, well that is probably the key to getting them done. Its a great look !
I got a few things in the works.... I'll be in touch.

Damn,Jon you make a guy want to have 3 or 4 differant set's of wheel's for their ride.
