I have often heard that northern chinese yak foreskins are veeery supple.... almost as nice as pleather.

Sounds to me like the seats could be a bit stiff.

I was thinking of baby Naugahs... and have the inserts be chicken buttholes and skin off the feet.

Don't forget elephant scrotum, one sack should equal at least 40 yak.
