Default Spectra Efi ls tanks

Has any one used a spectra Efi tank for a ls swap???
I'm putting a 405hp ls6 in a 66 chevelle and have heard they have had there issues in the past but they had come out with new ones since then !!!
I really don't want to spend a grand on a tank !! I would rather put that 600 I could save on a cheaper tank on other things !!

I have been running one for about three months now with zero issues. My motor is a cammed 5.3 with larger fuel injectors. It put down 333 rwhp on the chassis dyno just for reference.

BUMP !!

I'd like to know how this works too? I just have an aversion to spending a grand when a few hundred bucks is all that is necessary. Stainless is nice but not necessary.

And it looks like it is an OEM style fuel pump in the tank. Does anybody know which style fuel pump is used? Fuel level sending unit included, NICE !!

Here's what I saw on the web.
