Like Mike said, with 15" wheels you're going to be somewhat limited in terms of rotor size, but if you're goal is to just get rid of the drums then the factory disc type options tend to be your best budget oriented solution. If you would like to go with bigger wheels and bigger brakes in the future, then you may want to consider just converting the front drums to disc since the rear drums typically work pretty well and provide for an excellent parking brake.
I don't know what you're working on, year/make/model, but assuming it's something relatively common like a GM A/F/X-body, then you can pick up decent used front disc kits complete for a song sometimes from guys who are going bigger. Everything KORE3 sells is going to require at least a 17" wheel.
