so did you just come up with something and thread it into the plastic tank? did you use a nut on the backside. I ask because there is a baffle right above the return and it looks like getting something on the back side of the fitting might be impossible. unless I cut the baffle out which im thinking if its baffled its baffled for a reason.

67XR7,

Is this what you are looking for? https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pr...asp?RecID=8754

Looks like you already have the 18mm banjo bolt right, you just needed the banjo itself. hope this helps

update: the situation has been handled. The fitting from DSE worked like a charm. I know I way over paid for it. But I called and had a few questions and for taking up there time the least I could do is buy it from them.$17.00 plus $11.00 in shipping was a little rough since they had the same thing down the street for $12.00 but sometimes you have to pay for the knowledge.

It worked great ,I cut off the nipple and threaded the bung and there was tons of "meat" to make plenty of threads. The only things I caution for anyone who plans to do this mod is: do what ever it takes to keep the plastic shavings out of the reservoir and clean it thuroughly because some will get in their.
The other thing I caution is this pump has has both a vertical and horizontal baffle thats all one piece SO do not bury the fitting to hopefully get it to sit flush against the tank. You will not get any fluid in the return! that was pretty much my only gripe about it. heres a pic:
