yes it does have a semigloss tail panel . along with all window chrome, bumpers, inner fenders , firewall and the front grille

Black is one of those colors your either get it right or you get it wrong, there is no "pretty good". Very straight. Make sure your lights working or else no one will see you at night. The stealth PT.
