Normally Bare brakes use a socket head cap screw to mount the bearing retainer, not the T bolts. with this you will most likley have to clearance the housing end for the bolt head. be cautious not to grind to far and break through the housing end.

I think the FAB9 housing has tapped housing ends. At least mine does.

I finally found my instruction manual. It says to use the 3/8" original T bolts. Time to order some today so I can finish assembly.
