Sorry you had issues with your car and hope your health is OK (a day at the races is always the best cure)
As I am sure you know....excessive overheating can cause ring failure, kills the valve springs etc . And If the oil gets hot enough, It will break down and will not lubricate the cylinder walls, bearings and just kills them.
With the temps you described, I would say you collapsed your rings, maybe scorched a piston and your cylinder walls are now distorted..
aka out of round. Your low oil pressure may be due to the bearing clearances opening up due to the excessive heat
