Hey Guys, my name is bill and my member name is 64mali. I have owned my 64 Chevelle for about 15 years. It spent most of it's life as a drag race car. Since I got married and had kids it's pretty much been on the back burner and hasn't seen a track in years. I contemplated selling it until I found out about converting it into an autocross type car. Since then I have been putting all the parts I took off years ago back in and am trying to make it a driveable fun car. I look forward to the progress and being a member of Lateral G's

Welcome Bill!! But, I guess I gotta give you the ole customary "show us some pics" talk. We'd love to see the 64 Malibu.

that works, great looking car. Mine had 17's and 18's depending on the time frame. It came to me with 245/45-17's up front with a 17X8" wheels, and 315/35-17's in the rear with a 17X11" wheel. That's also the size I ended up with at the end. The rears required a mini-tub and frame notch to fit. Thanks for the nice words.

frankv11: Thanks, I like the camaros but I wont ever own one. Im a chevelle guy all the way. No offenese to anyone just the way it is.

camcojb: The wheels in the photos on the website. Are they 18" Tourque Thrusts? They look bigger than my 17's. I am trying to go with 18's when I finish my transmission swap. I was thinking 18's in the front and 20's in the rear but I have to see it first.
