People are still waiting for RS600s! RS700s now. Really ???

I called in on the SS700 as well. Using a standard bellhousing is very attractive. However, from what I was told it still needs the R&D phase. My biggest concern is it's a NEW design. Even though it means cutting my tunnel and more money, I'm headed into the t56 family.

I actually don't think that will be an issue. As far as I understand it, the SS700 is more of an evolution than a revolutionary design. Both the RS600 and the SS700 are roughly based on the T45, which essentially was a 5 speed version of the T56, and had many interchangeable parts.

You could be right but this thing has to stand up to 700 ftlbs with my abuse.

Ok now... im going to pull the order...

Anybody have any other suggestions OTHER than a T56 magnum..

I need standard Muncie patern...
