So let me get this straight, You use your soon to be wife's truck to pull your car to the the track? WOW. I'm kinda Speechless at this point.

I hope I have not gone to FAR.

Keep it coming big boy, you aren't going to hurt my feelings. I've spent 12 years dealing with the PUBLIC.

Toyota Tundra is made in America with 65% U.S. made parts.

If you're going to sling crap ya gotta get you're facts right.

Notice how quiet I'm being?

I don't care where its made as much as where the profits go.

I'm new to all this track stuff.... and just finished the Bondurant 4 day Grand Prix course (I've taken others as well)...

Their big track configuration is 1.6 miles and 15 turns.... I was running that in 1.16

I have no idea what that means or how it compares. Do you?

I think that means you're about as fast as you are tall.

I remember an instructor saying fast drivers were under 1 minute, average drivers were around 1 minute, and slow drivers were in the 1:10 plus range. You sure that time of yours is right?

I didn't think they timed you over there. When I get out there I'll have to see what I run. The pressure is on. I need to do better than 1:16 now. If not, you have the right to joke about me moving as quickly as Bob Bondurant's old dog.

Matt

No idea... the only thing I would have to compare would be Willow Springs is 1.8 miles and my best there was 1:28 on street tires. 1 day of course vs your 4 days.

Just bring that RACE car out and show us all how to drive...

Man, everyone is so nice to Greg.... He left the door wide open to poke him. I must have gone to far with my post. Guessing he's pulling me off the will now.

Back to your regular scheduled program.

What will be the fastest time this year in our group? Last year it was a 2:14.1

I'm thinking 2:10-2:12.

Here's the track configuration and a Porsche running a 2:11 lap.
