Default Inverter Installation

I have a 1993 Chevy G20 high top van i want to install a couple power inverters into for an upcoming trip. my inverters i have produce 500 watts at 50 amps input. i plan on running a tv, xbox and a mini fridge. from a previous trip i ran the tv and xbox and only pulled 300 watts. the fridge says it will pull 83 watts. so technically i should be fine with one inverter correct? the only thing i worry about is can my alternator handle it. on the previous trip the van was tested with lights on and worked just fine. i wonder how well it will work with the extra load of the fridge and the a/c (a/c did not work last trip). i also plan on installing 2 "storage" batteries in the system. any electrical wizards see anything wrong in my plan? oh i also plan on running 2 inverters so i can mount one at rear of van and one midway so i don't have to run extension cords.
