Good news Greg! I'll mention you and the Little Red Hen in my prayers tonight. All good wishes going your way... It doesn't seem as bad when a company works with you on a problem instead of being part of the problem.

Ya know --- as much as I hate to have "issues" with anything --- I really can't say enough about how this has been handled. Just 200% first class. Kugel has called ME -- I've never had to call them... Other than shipping the rear end down to them (and back) they've covered everything. I have offered on multiple times to share or contribute - or to cover in full any costs for upgrades or whatever... and they've steadfastly refused. I finally told Jeff to STOP apologizing! I'm a big boy... and totally get that stuff breaks... I was smokin' the tires etc... NOT ONCE have they said.... well yeah ya probably shouldn't be doing that.... In fact it's been 100% the opposite! He's said "you should be able to do that!"

Anyway -- 'nuff said. I'll be happy to drive it again. The weather is supposed to be nice all week here (rare!) so all is good.

you need to do a vendor feedback thread for them, so others who may not read this thread will find it.

I wouldn't be happy until I found out the problem is fixed. But that's me.

Wow Greg, I flipped through this thread really quick knowing I need to hit the sack soon and it appears that you've had some major drama with this build. I wont comment much more as I intend to spend more time reading later but it sounds like things are getting better?
