This set up comes close to Hot Rod classification IMO........1650 lb. ft. of torque off the apexes or pulling grades will have a few people thinking WTF he's pulling my Prius hard.

1650 foot lbs... that might propel that load to a faster Thunderhill lap time than the Stang.

Nice choice BTW. I am sure Gwen is pleased that she doesn't have to tag along to justify that previous monstrosity's existence.

Yep -- You saw our "set up" at Thunderhill -- this will be "appropriate" and will serve all of us with the basics to get by on. And it'll serve me well on those few road trips to and from "wherever". It should actually extend my range of roaming....

Charley will be happy when he discovers the 40" TV

Bob Bondurant actually took one of these around his track (the place is virtually across I-10 from him) and ripped the track up with it! Darryl said he took one over for Bob to look at, and when Bob jumped in the driver seat asked Darryl if he'd mind if they just drove it around the track... Little did Darryl know what Bob had in mind! Bob can drive a dumpster faster than we can drive our "hot cars"!

So the final plans are now set in stone (I think...). While at the Shelby Mini Nats Charley decided I should have a "stacker" because that way I could have had a spare car when mine lost a lash cap... My what a thinker he is...

Anyway -- the more we talked and the more I thought about it -- it's like HELL YEAH - why not have a stacker... but a TWO car stacker instead of the three I was doing (and then backed off to a single car trailer). So what the heck -- they add 4 feet to the height -- and not only do I get to haul two cars if I want -- I get the added bonus of an "attic" in the garage area --- AND dig this! I can now STAND UP in the bedroom area (the gooseneck space just got 4' taller)!! Brilliant.... I can walk around in the bedroom instead of crawling on my hands and knees. Sometimes Charley can really be a blessing in disguise... He's laughing about how he "loves to spend my money"... but in this case - it worked out killer.

When you think about this - it's like building a two story house instead of a rambler.... I get lots more space - without any more length... and the truck has plenty of umpf to haul it.

Read Greg's response below but pretend an excited Danny Devito is saying it:
