Just an interesting FYI that I recently learned,,,, Recaro is owned by no other than Johnson controls (Johnson owns Optima) who support our hobby in a pretty major way..... Don't get me wrong I like my Sparco's too,,, but knowing what I do now,,,, I'll likely be sporting Recaro's in my future builds.....

That is interesting to know, thanx Albert... Unfortunately, I already picked up these:

Sparco R700A's

They arrive tomorrow... So while I can't work on the car much at the moment, I can still collect parts for it.

I wasn't really planning on quite such expensive seats, but I effectively got these 2-for-the-price-of-1, so it was hard to turn down. At the price of a set of R505's plus sliders and shipping, I basically paid the same for a much nicer set of seats.

Once in a while I come up with a decent deal...
